78 2nd Avenue South, Lake Worth Beach
Hoist ye kayak on a cart for a short walk down 2nd Avenue to the entrance of Bryant Park.
Begin yer voyage in the fair waters o’ Lake Worth Lagoon, an estuary where the briny deep and sweet fresh waters meet, brewin’ a rich haven for all manner o’ sea critters.
Then set yer compass north o’ the Lake Worth Bridge and make for the Snook Islands Natural Area. This here 100-acre stretch o’ wetlands be a true pirate’s prize, home to squawkin’ tropical birds—oystercatchers, cormorants, egrets, and pelicans—along with sleek dolphins and gentle manatees glidin’ through the shallows.
When ye return to port, stop at The Beach Club for a grog or two and some great grub along the waterfront. Ye won't regret it!

78 2nd Avenue South, Lake Worth Beach
From Bryant Park, hoist yer paddle and steer north toward the Snook Islands Natural Area, just beyond the Lake Worth Bridge. There ye’ll weave through man-made mangrove isles, oyster reefs, and seagrass beds, all tucked within a lush wetland fit for plunderin’ sights. Keep a sharp eye out for tropical birds and beasts o’ the sea—American oystercatchers, cormorants, egrets, and pelicans—along with grand Green Sea Turtles and gentle West Indian manatees driftin’ by.
For weary pirates, the port boasts fine public amenities: a boardwalk to stroll, a kayak launch to shove off from, and a floatin’ dock to tie up yer craft. Restrooms can be found back at Bryant Park, should nature call.
